I just got MM Converter direct from ulead ($18.50 incl. shipping). Not too
impressed at this point, although WTF, the price is right.

It doesn't install under NT, strike one.
It's 16-bit, strike two.
It crashes the 16-bit subsystem when converting a sequence of .tga's, strike
three.

This is the extent of my experience with it, but when the first thing you
attempt with a program crashes it... I'm CC:ing this to [e-mail] so
this next bit is for their benefit...

When can we expect a 32bit version of the program? Or at least an upgrade
that runs correctly under NT's 16-bit subsystem? I'm guessing there isn't a
32-bit version of Apple's QT for Windows, I can live without it, but Targa
to AVI is basically why I bought the program sight-unseen. I'll be using VFD
(Video For DOS) which runs correctly in a NT DOS shell until you can fix
this, and I recommend that other NT users do the same. NT has been around
for 3(?) years, Win95 for almost a year (beta), and you're shiping a product
that's incompatible? Whassup with that?

Adding the ability to read Amiga Anim5, Anim7 and Anim8 formats would be
appreciated too!
